We are looking for a cheerful, organised and self-motivated individual to replace a long-term staff member who has recently retired.
We have an opportunity to join our Office Support team after the retirement of a long-standing staff member.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will need to be of cheerful disposition, welcoming visitors and clients and providing hospitality. You will be organised, self-motivated and a good communicator. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Mail Merge are essential and you will also be undertaking switchboard duties. You will be required to manage the agency’s archive filing, internal and external post, managing senior staff expenses, general shopping, ordering of stationery and consumables in addition to assisting the various teams generally as and when required.
