We’re looking for a proven digital marketer to lead our digital team.
You might be a proven departmental Account Director looking for a smaller agency in which to make your mark, or you may be a very competent and hungry Senior Manager looking to take their first step into managing a department. The job title, along with the package, is open and very much dependent on your experience.
So we don’t have to tell you that you’ll need to know digital marketing backwards. You’ll understand all of the techie stuff, thrive on analytics and have a string of successful PPC and SEO campaign case studies under your belt.
Instead, we’d like to talk about why we think this is such an inspiring opportunity.
To start with, it’s your chance to do more than just lead our digital team. We want you to nurture and develop as you foster a spirit of creativity, exploration and shared ideas. Starting with a small team you’ll be building for the future, inspiring your colleagues and making sure every day is as fun as it is fulfilling.
This isn’t only about shaping and growing our digital department though. As part of our senior management team, you’ll play a key role in reporting to the board and shaping the future of this highly successful integrated agency too.
The word ‘integrated’ is important. We pull together every strand of what we do to bring our clients outstanding solutions. So you will need to understand how PR, social, content and everything else feeds into an effective digital presence. In other words, your grasp of marketing is as strong as your grasp of digital.
You’re also a confident communicator who enjoys dealing directly with clients, turning all of that complex technical information into everyday language. And in doing so, you engage and enthuse our clients. You create real excitement with your ideas to help their businesses get heard in this increasingly noisy landscape.
