Responsible for all things digital marketing, the successful applicant will create and deliver the strategies for client campaigns, including research, build, set up, setting metrics (goals/conversions), day-to-day management, tracking, optimisation and reporting.

You will also need to have an excellent working knowledge of SEO, paid social and email and a proven track record of using digital channels both individually and as part of an integrated marketing mix.

As part of the digital team, you will be responsible for providing the insight and research that supports the platform for SEO-friendly websites providing sound SEO strategies that work towards clients’ objectives.

Example of responsibilities:

  • Oversee digital marketing accounts and campaigns
  • Consult closely with clients, developers, creatives and account handlers in the website design and build process
  • Recommend enhancements to existing website architecture (internal linking and content)
  • Provide insight, advice and guidance to departmental colleagues
  • Meet with clients face-to-face or online to discuss their requirements
  • Plan and implement B2B and B2C digital marketing strategies across all channels including Search, Display, SEO, social and email
  • Working with wider team to draft new business pitches and proposals
  • Manage client budgets and timelines
  • Support clients’ SEM capability in order to maximise ROI
  • Complete campaign analyses and reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.) and feedback to all key stakeholders (internally and externally) using Google Analytics and appropriate 3rd party software
  • Analyse feedback and implement any required changes
  • Delivery of operational/financial reporting and forecasting to management team and other stakeholders

Requirements for the role:

  • At least 3 years of digital marketing experience (preferably within an agency)
  • Google accredited
  • Proven track record of managing digital campaigns across multiple channels
  • Considerable experience across all digital platforms
  • Technical ability eg: Implementing conversion tracking via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Confident with managing budgets
  • Strategic thinker
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident presentation technique
  • Analytical expert
  • Full UK driving licence
