We’ve picked up two more industry awards for our Public Relations services in the region.
We’ve been recognised by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) for the professional and creative services we provides to clients. The latest brace means we now boasts an impressive 17 awards in the last six years alone across our integrated creative design, digital, PR and specialist Property PR teams.
Taking place at the National Motorcycle Museum, the awards ceremony was attended by a variety of regional agencies and in-house teams, all hoping to bag a Gold or Silver award after nominations took place earlier this year.
We took home Silver in the Internal Communications category for a campaign on behalf of Bromsgrove District Housing Trust, followed by a second Silver award in the Community Relations category for our communications during the construction of the controversial Sainsbury’s development in Dorridge.
Sue Bailey, Managing Director at GBW, said: “It’s a great feeling to be adding to our ever-growing hoard of awards again. Seventeen in six years says so much about the agency and we love being part of the amazing creativity coming out of the region. I’m extremely proud of our team, all 26 of us work together daily to ensure we provide both regional and national businesses with exceptional marketing services.”
Speaking at the awards ceremony, Jo Mathers, Chair of CIPR Midlands said: “This year’s PRide Awards demonstrate yet again the breadth of quality and creative PR talent homegrown in the Midlands. Everyone nominated for an award should be incredibly proud of their work, in what has been a highly competitive competition.”
