Bromsgrove marketing agency, Gough Bailey Wright, has taken part in Wear It Pink Day for Breast Cancer Campaign, raising much-needed funds for the charity.
Staff went to work on Friday (28th October) wearing as much pink as possible, paying for the privilege to help support the cause.
The agency’s master bakers sold pink cakes throughout the day, whilst a range of competitions were held to increase the funds, including a company “˜guess the baby’ competition.
Staff then went on to a night at the greyhound racing, pooling more of their money on a team bet that won the last race of the evening. They have added the winnings to the total fund, which is currently over £200.
Sue Bailey, Managing Director at Gough Bailey Wright, said: “We’re very proud to be able to do our bit for the breast cancer campaign. We jump at every opportunity to help support a good cause and it’s always nice to be able to have a little fun with it. It was great to see some of the team wearing crazy pink clothing in the office.”
