GBW was engaged by Mercian Developments to manage a public consultation exercise for a new care home in Moreton, where we were tasked with highlighting the local need and the benefits of the scheme in relation to other similar plans in the area.
We swiftly arranged a public consultation, using our experience to deliver a quality exercise at pace, generating support for the scheme and getting ahead of the competition.
The plans were approved without requiring a committee hearing, instead delegated and passed first time around.
