The Birmingham City Council called on GBW to promote Murdoch Chambers and Pitman Building, presenting the market with a unique opportunity to preserve and develop these stunning historic City Centre Grade II* listed buildings.
Gough Bailey Wright created a luxury interactive brochure and a dedicated website to promote the opportunity, as well as an advert to draw potential buyers in.
The campaign was successful, with a developer now involved to take the building to the next phase.
