To celebrate BPAS’ 50th Anniversary and their first ever National Conference we were asked to creatre the brand collateral for the event, which included everything from designing the theme to the dressing of the room, plus all the event promotional materials. BPAS also asked us to create a museum-style information display to showcase their achievements, milestones through the decades and how they’ve developed as an organisation.
As this was such a momentous occasion we wanted to ensure the event had a luxurious and sophisticated feel. This was brought to life with the black and gold colour scheme and elegant design of the promotional materials to ensure the event had an opulent but classic look. For the design to showcase BPAS’ five decades of history we created a bold and eye-catching large format display which would be unmissable and have the ‘wow’ factor as guests entered the room. To present this we utilised the floor to ceiling window panels at the venue to display a giant vinyl window graphic. Using BPAS’ archive material including photographs and past marketing campaigns, we took advantage of this space designing infographics to create a timeline of key milestones in the company’s history and house their historical content.
Each piece of event material connected together beautifully throughout the campaign, from the initial “˜save the date’ cards and invitations, to the menu boards and selfie frame. Our client was thrilled with the end result with the vinyl wall graphic, in particular, a real talking point on the night as guests celebrated BPAS’ amazing journey and achievements over the last 50 years.
