After helping secure planning permission for U+I’s designer outlet village in Cannock, GBW was appointed by the new owner McArthurGlen to manage property communications during the delivery of what has been dubbed the ‘Bicester of the Midlands’.
GBW created a campaign strategy to proactively manage the McArthurGlen property communications on all fronts, from the community Freephone, to the local media and PR events. By working closely with the client, the contractor, the wider consultant team and the local authorities, we are able to operate in an informed and assured manner on a daily basis during ongoing construction works.
Our proactive, informed and dedicated approach to project management is allowing work to progress whilst any and all enquiries, requests, complaints, and concerns are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. GBW’s role is extremely hands on, day to day, resulting in good local relationships and positive association with the McArthurGlen brand.
