We were selected by GVA to brand and market Fifty5 Holloway Head to national and international property developers, generating purchase interest for this prime site and building.
We developed branding and implemented an integrated property marketing campaign to promote the location to an international audience. The campaign consisting of a short film, accompanying website and building banner.
The marketing campaign attracted global attention, enabling developers to see the city (cranes and all), showing that Birmingham is a thriving developing area. Bids were submitted immediately and the building is now sold.
