Regenerating Selly Oak with Sainsbury’s and Landsec

The Brief

Community & stakeholder engagement and public consultations for The Harvest Partnership, a joint venture with Sainsbury’s and LandSec, to secure planning permission for a major mixed-use development in Selly Oak, Birmingham.

The Results

Communications involved close liaison with Birmingham City Council, who will be delivering a campus for Life Sciences on the site in partnership with the University of Birmingham and the QE Hospital.

Work included branding, literature and a website, as well as significant consultation work, including public exhibitions, public affairs, and media relations.

This resulted in gaining extensive support and full planning permission.

We have since fully managed the remediation communications and are currently overseeing construction communications.
