QRS is a collaborative venture with NHS organisations to help advance the quality of health services by developing evidence-based Quality Standards. Originally known as WMQRS (West Midlands Quality Review Service), they appointed GBW to undertake a complete rebrand as over the past few years they expanded their service offering beyond the West Midlands to other UK regions. Their new name and logo thus needed to look more appropriate to the sector and set themselves apart within the industry as a quality, trusted national organisation. The rebrand project also included redesigning their website, literature and document templates.
The new logo is bold and dynamic with a distinct rationale behind the design which clearly defines who QRS are and what they do; a collaborative quality review service and advisory body to help improve the standards of health services. Utilising the ticks within the logo reflects this but in a very creative way. The modern fresh colour palette also ensures their branding stands out amongst their peers and gives the company kudos of a professional credible organisation. The website design compliments the new branding perfectly – making use of the bright colour palette across the pages brings the site to life and simplifies each section within the pages for a seamless user experience.
